Overview

Blue Origin interns participate in real engineering design projects related to the development and fabrication of human space flight systems. Interns work directly with our engineers to contribute to project goals in fields of mechanical design, fluids, aerodynamics, rocket propulsion, flight controls, electronics, avionics, enterprise software, flight software, human safety, structures, and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

High school students are invited to apply for this 12-week summer internship. As this position does not include housing or relocation, this internship is recommended for students local to the Seattle metropolitan area. The deadline is February 28. Qualifications

  • Applicants must be a United States citizen or permanent resident (green card holder).
  • Students must also be currently enrolled as a full-time student. Students who will graduate prior to their internship must be enrolled in an undergraduate program. 
  • Senior-level students are preferred.
